The length of the paper for submission should be up to Maximum of 15 pages, for full paper, and up to Maximum 8 pages for short paper. The page format should be according to the IOS format.
The accepted papers will be based on the originality of the work, on the suitability of the topic to the conference, and on the overall quality of your submission. The acceptance letters with reviewing comments will be sent by: 15 June 2004.

In the case of acceptance, please, send your Camera-Ready copy according to IOS format, should be up to 15 pages for Regular paper, and up to 8 pages for Shortpapers.
The final Camera-Ready copy, for inclusion in the IOS book series (Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and Applications) to arrive no later than: 15 July 2004.

Please Note that those deadlines are very strict, a delay may case that the paper may not be possible to be included in the proceedings.
In order to make the book feasible for publications and all the reviewed papers are included in the book, your collaboration is greatly appreciated and important to meet the set deadlines.

The paper submission deadline is: 30th May 2004.

The Acceptance letter date with the reviewing comments to be sent as e-mail by the program chairs: 25 June 2004.

The Final Camera-Ready copy manuscript of your paper date is: 10 July, 2004
